Price Guidelines                              

The following prices are as of the 1st January 2008 and should be taken as a guide rather than an estimate.

Standard call out  £75  (includes the first hour on site)
Further hours charged at £60 per hour, up to £400 per booked day

• PC Configuration and Upgrade  £60 per hour
• Server Configuration and Upgrade  £70 per hour
• Configuration of Advanced Network elements, Email, Databases, Firewall  £70 per hour
• Telephone/Remote Access support  £20 per 20 minute 'module'
• Disaster/Data recovery rates are negotiated per event
• Special project work for databases, web sites etc. may be negotiated per project
• Contracted services and support may be negotiated for fixed periods

All Rates above exclude VAT. Mileage may be charged on out of hours calls or exceptional locations

Comma Computers do not, as a rule, supply hardware and software. Our policy is to recommend products, and suppliers, which are, in our experience, a good balance between price and performance.
